Mike Boyle Hosts the St. John's Storytelling Circle

**Please note that due to the Remembrance Day Holiday, the November Storytelling Circle will be held on the 3rd Thursday of the month, Nov. 18th**

This month's host is Mike Boyle. Mike is a former Social studies teacher in Newfoundland and has recently taught some Irish Language courses at Memorial University. In 2009, Mike organized The Salon: a monthly cultural evening of poetry, story-telling and folk music. He has written several articles for Irish Language magazines about the culture and history of St John's, and operates a historical and cultural walking tour in the city of St John's. The St. John's Storytelling Circle will run from 7:30-9:30 at the Crow's Nest Officers' Club, with opportunities for new storytellers to spin a yarn. The Crow's Nest is located off the public stairs at the east side of the War Memorial on Duckworth Street, St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada.

Cost $3.00 at the door
